Honeywell Aerospace Inc.

Independent aerospace and defense company spun off from Honeywell International in June 2026, trading on Nasdaq as HONA, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

The aerospace lineage traces to Garrett Corporation and AlliedSignal's aerospace operations, which merged with Honeywell in 1999. As a segment of Honeywell International, Aerospace Technologies was the company's largest business, generating approximately $17.5 billion in revenue in 2024.

Honeywell announced its intention to separate into three independent companies in February 2025: aerospace, automation, and advanced materials. Solstice Advanced Materials spun off on October 30, 2025. The aerospace spin-off completed on June 29, 2026, with Honeywell Aerospace common stock distributed to Honeywell shareholders on the basis of one HONA share for every two HON shares. Jim Currier serves as president and CEO of the independent company.

Honeywell Aerospace's product roadmap emphasizes fuel-efficient propulsion, sustainable aviation fuel compatibility, and electric and hybrid propulsion technologies. Its avionics and software products support flight efficiency and emissions reduction for airline customers.
